WAC Access Controllers are designed to be self‐contained controllers ideally suited for small and medium sized companies. Packed with rich features, this product takes care of a variety of control and automation functions in addition to basic access control requirements of any facility.
The models have been designed for specific access requirements in any facility such as access by card and exit by push button. Based on the needs on site, the designer can choose from available models capable of controlling access to 1, 2, 4 or 8 doors (per panel).
The controllers communicate through the traditional RS485 Bus or TCP/IP. The controllers are capable of using industry standard 26‐72 bit Wiegand readers as well as other related technologies.
The 2 Door controller can directly power up to 2 door strikes, when using maglocks an additional power supply is needed. 4 door or 8 door controllers require an additional power supply to operate maglocks and/or strikes. Note local fire and building codes may apply when using maglocks. Lockable cabinet and control board power supply included with the Access Control Kits. WatchNET provides ease of installation with a wiring diagram printed on the cabinet door. Weatherproof and IP rated controller cabinets are available.

Choice of Readers
Support full range of card readers. ZK KR-Series readers are stylish and waterproof. C3 supports any wiegand-output reader, including HID Prox, iClass, and XceedID Multi-Technology.
Communication
C3 controllers can be installed easily on your network and support both TCP/IP and RS-485 communications. Auto-discovery tool allows setting and modification of network parameters directly and easily.

Save cost. C3 controller firmwares can be upgraded without any advanced tools. New features can extend and expand the value of your investment.
Capacity
Support up to 30,000 badge users and store up to 100,000 events and transactions. Data is preserved if power is lost. Controller continues to operate if network connection is interrupted.
More than Door Control
Access additional control and interface. After programming, auxiliary relays can be functioned as lights, alarms and intrusion detection panels. Extra locking devices or gate controllers can be accessed.

C3 controllers come in 3 sizes to suit project needs and reduce the cost of unused capacity.
1-door, 2-door, and 4-door models can be mixed and matched in an optimized system architecture, devices or gate controllers.
Built-In Advanced Access Control
Anti-Passback, First-Card Opening, Multi-Card Opening, Duress Password Entry, and Auxilary Input/ Output linkages are built into controller firmware.
For Software Developers
Free SDK is available for integrators and OEM’s to integrate the C3 controller with their or existing security or personnel management applications. Upon request, ZK can customize C3 firmware to meet any customer requirements.
